The location was amazing, centrally located yet tucked away. Arriving by water taxi was a wonderful experience. The room had a lovely courtyard view. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Quick walk to major sites, dining, and shopping. Perfect for families with well-designed room layout. Helpful and friendly staff.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently located near St Mark's Square and within walking distance to the Rialto bridge. Plus, it was just a stone's throw away from the Gondola station, making it easy for me to enjoy a gondola tour.
Can't fault anything about it.

As party people, we loved the central location, with great restaurants and bars nearby. The gondola view room was worth it, and the WiFi was reliable. The Property Manager was amazing, providing quick responses and even helping with a 4am water taxi.
Felt very at home, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Orseolo- Gondola View. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to major sites, dining, and shopping. The room was beautifully decorated and had a fine view. We were really surprised to find a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us. The staff, especially Chiara, were very helpful in providing visitor information and arranging any extras we needed. The housekeeping service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Venice.

The hotel is conveniently located near St Mark's Square, making it a great base for exploring the city. Guests can easily access the Gondola station for a memorable Gondola tour. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, maintaining the old Venetian charm. The bathrooms are well-maintained and equipped with amenities. The staff provides excellent service, with helpful and informative assistance for check-in and check-out. the hotel offers the option of a continental breakfast and even provides a complimentary bottle of wine in the rooms.

This hotel in the heart of the city was such a great find! The attention to detail and friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the most amazing view of the canal. And let me tell you, being right in front of a canal with gondolas going past was an experience like no other. We were also thrilled to be so close to the Gondola station, making it super convenient for us to take a Gondola tour. And did I mention the location? Close to the Rialto bridge and other key attractions, we were able to explore the city easily. Plus, the breakfast provided was a nice bonus to start our day.
